Return Policy
Our 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee*
(This guarantee does not apply to prepaid products. Please see prepaid product policies further below.)
If you are not completely satisfied with your Alltel service within the first 15 days from the receipt of the shipment, you can end your agreement, return your phone and pay only for the service used.
The 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to retail postpaid Alltel Plans and new phones purchased only through Alltel retail stores, website and participating Alltel Authorized Agents. Guarantee does not apply to prepaid calling plans or other service from Alltel or its authorized agents. The equipment must be returned with sales receipt within 15 consecutive days from the date of shipment.

Our 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Prepaid Products
The Alltel 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy for customers on any Prepaid rate plan is applicable only to the equipment purchased. Service is not guaranteed. 5 additional days are provided to ShopAlltel customers due to possible time lost for delivery of product.

Service Guarantee:The Alltel 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for service does not apply to customers purchasing any of the Alltel Prepaid rate plans. Activation Fee and dollar or minute balances are not refundable.

Equipment Guarantee:The equipment guarantee provides an Alltel Customer the option to return or exchange ANY equipment purchased within fifteen days from the purchase date.
Return Process
To return an item, please call the Alltel Online Center at 866-582-3555 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write that RMA number on the original packing list and on the outside of the shipping carton. All items received without a valid RMA number will be refused. We reserve the right to reduce any equipment credit if all original packing and accessories are not returned.
Box the product(s) with all of the original packaging, accessories, and a copy of the original packing list and mail to:

Alltel has partnered with LetsTalk to process and fulfill your order. Any Alltel orders placed online must be returned to LetsTalk. You will not receive any return credit if any equipment is returned to an Alltel retail store. |
